Learn more about Pinnacle Flatpacks.

The cabinets are manufactured in Tasmania using selected Australian-manufactured materials and quality cabinet hardware.

Materials, finishes and components may vary between product ranges. Review the individual product listing before ordering where a particular material specification is important.

Pinnacle Flatpacks cabinets are made to order, but they are not fully custom-made cabinetry.

Customers choose from the cabinet sizes, configurations, colours, finishes and options listed within the available product range. The selected products are then manufactured after the order has been confirmed.

Only the sizes and configurations shown within the available product range can be ordered online unless another arrangement has been confirmed by Pinnacle Flatpacks in writing.

Customers should use the available cabinet sizes to plan their layout and allow for appropriate fillers, panels and installation tolerances.

Our products are suitable for:

· Homeowners

· Renovators

· DIY customers

· Builders

· Property investors

· Landlords

· Designers

· Cabinet installers

· Trade customers

Yes. The available cabinet range may be used for rental property kitchens, laundries, wardrobes and storage upgrades.

The customer remains responsible for selecting suitable products, confirming measurements and arranging compliant installation.

Yes. Cabinets and finishing components can be ordered individually.

You do not need to purchase a complete kitchen, laundry or wardrobe package.

Planning and Measuring

The customer is responsible for checking and confirming all site measurements before placing an order.

Pinnacle Flatpacks manufactures products according to the cabinet size and options selected by the customer. Incorrect site measurements may result in products not fitting the intended space.

Follow the steps in our How to Measure Guide before ordering.

Record all cabinet, room and appliance measurements in millimetres.

Using one consistent unit helps reduce errors when comparing your room measurements with the dimensions shown on product listings.

Measure and record:

· Full wall lengths

· Floor-to-ceiling height

· Windows and doors

· Door swing directions

· Plumbing locations

· Power points

· Light switches

· Bulkheads and cornices

· Appliance dimensions

· Floor levels

· Wall variations

· Walkway clearances

· Cabinet door and drawer clearances

Yes. Confirm the exact width, height, depth, ventilation requirements and installation clearances for every appliance.

Do not rely only on descriptions such as “standard oven” or “standard dishwasher”. Refer to the manufacturer’s current appliance specifications.

You should at least select the intended appliances and obtain their complete technical specifications before finalising your cabinet order.

This is particularly important for ovens, microwaves, cooktops, rangehoods, fridges, dishwashers, washing machines and dryers.

Many existing homes have floors, walls and corners that are not perfectly straight, square or level.

Measure walls in several places and allow suitable space for fillers, end panels, installation tolerances and adjustments. An experienced installer can advise how site variations should be managed.

Filler panels help provide clearance between cabinets and adjacent walls, appliances, doors or other fixed features.

They can also help manage minor site variations and create a cleaner visual finish at the end of a cabinet run.

An end panel is generally used where the side of a cabinet will remain visible after installation.

End panels provide a finished appearance and may be required around islands, tall cabinets, wall cabinets, appliance spaces and open cabinet ends.

Pinnacle Flatpacks can provide general guidance about the available product range and ordering process.

The customer remains responsible for confirming all room measurements, cabinet selections, appliance specifications, clearances and site suitability before ordering.

For product questions, contact the Pinnacle Flatpacks team and include your measurements, plans, photographs and appliance details where relevant.

No. General product guidance does not replace advice from licensed builders, plumbers, electricians, gasfitters, engineers, cabinet installers or other qualified professionals.

Customers should obtain appropriate professional advice for structural work, utilities, compliance requirements and installation.

Check the Colour and Finishes page and each product listing before ordering.

Pinnacle Flatpacks supplies cabinet units rather than structural building works.

How the wardrobes are positioned, secured, enclosed or finished within a room depends on the project and installation method.

Yes, but older homes frequently have uneven floors, walls and ceilings.

Measure the room carefully and allow for fillers, end panels, skirting boards, cornices and other site variations.

The products are designed for flat pack assembly. However, safe positioning, levelling and fixing remain essential.

Use a suitably experienced installer where you are not confident completing the work correctly.

Cabinet Materials and Construction

Materials vary according to the selected cabinet component, product and finish.

Pinnacle Flatpacks uses selected Australian-manufactured board products, surface materials and quality cabinet hardware. Refer to the relevant product information for specific details.

Pinnacle Flatpacks focuses on Australian-manufactured materials rather than low-grade imported cabinet board products.

Cabinets may be used in kitchens and laundries when installed and maintained correctly, but they should not be directly exposed to uncontrolled water or persistent moisture.

Leaks, wet storage conditions, unsealed edges and incorrect installation may damage cabinet products.

Decorative end panels, fillers, underpanels, island panels and kickboards are finishing components. They should not be treated as structural building elements.

Depending on the selected cabinet, the supplied components may include:

· Assembly screws and fixings

· Soft-close hinges

· Soft-close drawer runners

· Adjustable shelves

· Shelf pins

· Adjustable cabinet feet

· Assembly instructions

Check the individual product listing for any product-specific inclusions.

Adjustable cabinet feet are included with applicable base cabinets.

Where an adjustable shelf is included, shelf-pin holes allow the shelf height to be repositioned within the available settings.

Handles are generally selected and ordered separately, allowing customers to choose a style, material, size and finish that suits their project.

Explore the cabinet handle range.

Colours and Finishes

Pinnacle Flatpacks offers several cabinet colour and finish collections, including neutral tones, contemporary colours and woodgrain options.

View the current cabinet colours and finishes.

Confirm the available options shown on each product listing before ordering.

Samples may be available for selected finishes.

Contact the Pinnacle Flatpacks team before ordering to ask about current sample availability.

Digital screens, photography and lighting can change how a colour appears.

Where colour matching is important, review a physical sample before placing the final order.

Minor variation can occur between samples, production batches and materials, particularly in patterned, textured and woodgrain finishes.

Yes, where the selected finish is available across all required products.

Confirm availability individually rather than assuming every product is offered in every colour.

The Elementals Collection includes a selection of practical neutral cabinet finishes designed to suit a broad range of interiors.

The On Trend Collection includes contemporary colours selected to complement modern kitchen, laundry and wardrobe designs.

The Pinnacle Range includes premium woodgrain-style finishes designed to provide a more natural timber appearance and texture.

Benchtops

Yes. Pinnacle Flatpacks supplies selected benchtop products for kitchens, laundries and storage areas. View the available benchtop range.

Benchtops are not automatically included with cabinet products unless the relevant listing specifically states otherwise.

They should be selected and ordered separately.

The Simply Ceram benchtop range is supplied in a nominal 24mm format.

Confirm the dimensions, edge details and other specifications shown on the selected product listing before ordering.

Benchtops are offered in the dimensions and variations shown within the online product range.

Do not assume that a custom size, cut-out or edge detail is included unless it has been confirmed in writing.

Cut-outs should not be assumed to be included.

Review the product listing and confirm any fabrication requirements before ordering. Cutting and installation should be completed using methods and tools suitable for the selected material.

This depends on the product and the experience, equipment and installation methods available.

Benchtop fabrication should be completed by a suitably experienced person using tools appropriate to the material.

Confirm the full cabinet layout, wall dimensions, appliance positions, sink location, required overhangs and finished cabinet levels before finalising the benchtop order.

Selected benchtop and splashback colours are available to create a coordinated surface design.

Compare the available options across the benchtop and splashback ranges.

Splashbacks

Yes. Pinnacle Flatpacks supplies selected splashback products for kitchens, laundries and utility areas.

View the available splashback range.

The Simply Ceram splashback range is supplied in a nominal 14mm format.

Confirm all dimensions and specifications shown on the selected product listing before ordering.

Splashbacks are selected and ordered separately unless a product listing specifically states that they are included.

Splashbacks can be used behind suitable kitchen and laundry work areas to create a clean, coordinated wall surface.

The final location must account for appliances, heat sources, power points, plumbing and applicable installation requirements.

Confirm:

· Full wall width and height

· Benchtop height

· Cabinet positions

· Power-point positions

· Window locations

· Sink position

· Appliance locations

· Rangehood and cooktop requirements

· Any required joints or cut-outs

Cut-outs should not be assumed to be included unless stated in the product listing or confirmed in writing.

Electrical work must be completed by a licensed electrician.

Suitability depends on the selected product, cooktop type, installation method, required clearances and applicable regulations.

Confirm the appliance manufacturer’s requirements and use licensed or appropriately qualified trades where required.

Yes. Splashbacks can be selected to complement or contrast with the cabinet finish, benchtop and handles.

Review all physical samples together where precise colour coordination is important.

Handles, Panels and Finishing Components

The range includes modern, minimalist, classic, industrial, rustic and natural styles in different materials, dimensions and finishes.

View the Pinnacle Flatpacks handle range.

Handle products should be ordered in the quantity required for the selected doors and drawers.

Check whether each listing is priced per individual handle or another stated quantity.

Consider:

· Door and drawer dimensions

· Handle centre-to-centre measurement

· Grip and comfort

· Projection from the cabinet

· Position on the door or drawer

· Visual proportion

· Existing drilling where applicable

Yes, provided the selected handles are suitable for the doors and drawers.

Confirm drilling, screw length, handle projection and installation requirements before fitting third-party hardware.

Do not assume handle holes are predrilled unless the relevant product information states this.

Confirm the drilling arrangement before ordering cabinets or handles.

End panels cover visible cabinet sides and help provide a finished appearance at the end of a cabinet run.

Underpanels can be installed beneath applicable wall cabinets to provide a consistent finished surface.

Kickboards cover the area beneath base cabinets and adjustable cabinet feet, creating a continuous finish along the bottom of the cabinet run.

An installer may need to trim fillers, kickboards or selected finishing panels to suit actual site conditions.

Use appropriate tools and protect exposed edges as required by the selected material.

Manufacturing and Lead Times

Pinnacle Flatpacks operates primarily on a made-to-order manufacturing model.

The usual turnaround is approximately 10 working days from the date the order is placed and ready for production.

An annual Christmas shutdown may affect production and collection dates.

Current closure dates should be displayed on the website or confirmed with the team before placing a time-sensitive order.

Do not arrange a fixed installation date until the order has been completed, checked and confirmed as ready.

Manufacturing and freight dates are estimates and may change.

Cabinets must be installed safely and appropriately for their type, location and use.

Wall cabinets, tall cabinets and other units that could move or overturn require suitable fixing to an appropriate structure.

Cabinets should be fixed into suitable structural support using fixings appropriate for the wall construction and cabinet load.

Do not rely on plasterboard alone for heavy or suspended cabinetry.

Electrical, plumbing and gas work must be completed by appropriately licensed tradespeople where required.

The cabinet run should generally be assembled, positioned, levelled and checked before final benchtop dimensions or fabrication requirements are confirmed.
