The Order Process
Flat pack cabinets made to order in Tasmania.
Pinnacle Flatpacks manufactures each order individually after it has been placed. Your selected cabinets are made from our available flat pack cabinet range, using the sizes, finishes and options listed for each product.
Made to order does not mean custom made. It means your selected cabinet products are manufactured after your order is confirmed.
The usual turnaround time is 10 working days from when your order is placed. This includes manufacturing your selected cabinets, checking the order, packing the cabinets safely and preparing them for collection. Turnaround times may take a few days longer during public holiday periods or other peak production times.
Before placing your order, please check your product selections carefully. Accurate measurements are important. If you are unsure, review our How to Guide or book a design appointment before placing your order.
Order Confirmation
Collection and Delivery
Direct collection can be arranged from Imatech Joinery Services, 1071 Cambridge Road, Cambridge, 7170. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arranging collection.
Once your order has been placed, Pinnacle Flatpacks will begin preparing your selected cabinets for production, and when your order has been completed and packed, we will notify you by email and text message. Your cabinets will then be available for collection.
If you are arranging a courier to collect your order, please supply the courier with a copy of your paid invoice. Only arrange courier collection after you have received confirmation that your Pinnacle Flatpacks order is ready.
Orders are made after confirmation, changes are not possible once production has started. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.
Whats included
with my Pinnacle Flatpack package?
Included in every piece of flat pack cabinetry you order is everything you need to complete the assembly easily.
All you need are a few simple tools to assemble

- All Screws
- All hinges for doors, Pinnacle Flatpacks supply you with a quality set of soft close hinges as standard
- All drawer runners, supplied in soft close as standard
- Shelf if applicable for cupboards, and shelf pins with pre drilled holes to adjust the shelf height
- Adjustable Cabinet feet for all base cabinets
- Easy to use and follow instructions
Recommended tools
- Drill with a 1/8th drill bit
- Drill with a Phillips head no2 driver piece
- Soft mallet (not required but ideal)
